1. Digital and personalised service
We provide personalised AI-generated photo sessions based on the photos and information uploaded by the customer. Because each order is created individually for a specific customer, our service is a personalised digital service.
2. Refunds before photo upload
You may request a full refund before you upload your photos for the order.

Please include your order number and the email address used for the purchase.
3. No refund after photo upload
Once you upload your photos, you expressly request that we begin working on your personalised AI photo session.
By uploading your photos, you acknowledge and agree that:
- we may start processing your order immediately;
- the service is personalised digital content created specifically for you;
- you lose the right to cancel or request a refund for that order, except where required by mandatory consumer law.
After photos have been uploaded, refunds are not available simply because you changed your mind, no longer want the order, or do not personally like the final artistic result.
4. Revisions
Each order includes up to 3 revision requests.
A revision request must include a clear and reasonable reason, for example:
- the final image does not follow the selected package or agreed style;
- there is a visible technical issue;
- the result contains an obvious AI error;
- an important instruction provided before production was not followed.
A revision request cannot be based only on general statements such as “I don’t like it” without a clear explanation.
Revision requests must be submitted within 14 days after delivery of the final images.
5. What is not covered by revisions
Revisions do not include:
- changing the entire concept after production has started;
- replacing the uploaded photos with new photos;
- requesting a completely different style from the one ordered;
- asking for additional images outside the purchased package;
- changes caused by poor-quality, blurry, dark, filtered, obstructed, or unsuitable uploaded photos.
If new photos or a new concept are required, a new order may be needed.
6. Delivery time
Orders are usually delivered within 1–5 days after we receive the required uploaded photos and order information.
Delivery time may depend on workload, technical processing, the quality of uploaded photos, and the complexity of the selected package.
7. Defective or incomplete orders
If we deliver the wrong package, fail to deliver the order, or there is a clear technical problem caused by us, please contact us at:

We will review the issue and may offer a correction, replacement, partial refund, or full refund where appropriate and where required by applicable consumer law.
8. Refund method
Approved refunds will be sent to the original payment method where possible. Processing times may depend on your bank or payment provider.
